Start selling in three steps

    Enter your mobile number and the 6-digit code we send by SMS. Pick a username and you are in.

    Set up your store

    Add your shop name, logo and a few products. Organise them into collections like “New arrivals” or “Festive”.

    Share and start selling

    Send your store to customers on a broadcast list. When they tap Enquire, the conversation lands in your chats.

Is Connect free to use?
Chatting, setting up your store and browsing the marketplace are free. Some advanced features for businesses — such as larger broadcasts — are available with an optional paid subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you pay.
Do my customers also need Connect?
To chat and enquire inside the app, yes — buyers download Connect and sign in with their phone number. Broadcasts can reach contacts on your list, and the app shows any applicable SMS cost before you send.
Which phones does Connect work on?
Connect is available for Android and iPhone. It is built to run well on budget and mid-range phones and on slower networks.
Does Connect handle payments between buyers and sellers?
No. Connect helps buyers discover your products and talk to you. You agree price, payment and delivery directly with your customer.
How do I delete my account?
Open Connect → Settings → Account → Delete account. You can also request deletion by email. See the Delete your account page for details.
