Get Connect1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Anantrix Technologies LLP (“Anantrix Technologies”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of the Connect mobile application, related services and this website (the “Services”).
By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Indian law.
- You must register with a mobile number that you own and can receive SMS on.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your device secure.
- Your username must not impersonate another person or business or infringe anyone's rights.
- Tell us promptly at support@anantrixtechnologies.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
3. The Services
Connect lets you chat with other users, send broadcasts to lists of contacts, create a store with products and collections, and browse and enquire about other users' stores.
Connect is a communication and discovery platform. We are not a party to any sale. Any purchase, payment, delivery, return or refund is agreed directly between the buyer and the seller. We do not own, sell, inspect or guarantee any product listed on Connect, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or delivery of any product or for the conduct of any user.
4. Acceptable use
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to use the Services to:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or broadcasts to people who have not agreed to hear from you;
- harass, threaten, bully, defame or impersonate anyone;
- post content that is obscene, pornographic, hateful, violent, or harmful to children;
- list or promote products or services that are illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or restricted under Indian law (including weapons, drugs, tobacco to minors, and prescription medicines without authorisation);
- infringe any intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- commit or facilitate fraud, phishing or misleading pricing;
- upload malware, or try to access, probe, scrape or disrupt our systems or other users' accounts;
- violate the Information Technology Act, 2000, its rules, or any other applicable law.
You can report a user, message, store or product to us from within the App or by emailing support@anantrixtechnologies.com. You can also block users who contact you. We review reports and act on objectionable content, including by removing it and suspending the account responsible, typically within 24 hours.
5. Your content
You own the messages, photos, product listings and other content you submit (“Your Content”) and you are responsible for it. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it is accurate and lawful.
You grant Anantrix Technologies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display and reproduce Your Content solely to operate, provide and improve the Services — for example, to deliver your messages and display your store in the marketplace. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content already shared with other users or retained as required by law.
We may remove or restrict access to any content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or the law.
6. Additional terms for sellers
- Your store and product information must be accurate, including prices, availability and descriptions.
- You are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, honouring your stated prices, and handling returns and complaints.
- You must comply with all laws that apply to your business, including consumer protection, GST and licensing requirements.
- Broadcasts must only be sent to customers who expect to hear from you, and must comply with applicable rules on commercial communications.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Core features are free. Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing period and what is included are shown in the App before you pay. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments made within the App are processed by our payment partner, or by Apple or Google where their in-app purchase systems apply, under their respective terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel from the App, or for purchases made through Apple or Google, from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period. Except where required by law or the applicable store's policy, payments are non-refundable.
- Any SMS charges for broadcasts are shown to you before you send.
8. Our intellectual property
The Services, including the Connect name, logos, software, design and content created by us, are owned by Anantrix Technologies and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell any part of the Services.
9. Third-party services
The Services rely on third-party providers such as app stores, payment processors, SMS gateways and cloud hosts. Your use of their services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or other users, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content licences already granted to recipients, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will survive.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that messages will always be delivered.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anantrix Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or any transaction between users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or ₹1,000.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anantrix Technologies, its directors, employees and partners from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Services, your dealings with other users, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, the courts at Thane, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services. Before starting legal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and, for material changes, notify you in the App. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
